Questar III is working to launch a new Parent Portal website within SchoolTool, our student information system. This will allow parents of special education and career and technical education students to easily keep track of their child’s attendance and scheduling. The portal is scheduled to launch sometime during the spring semester of the 2016-2017 school year.
Initially, the Parent Portal will provide access to student attendance records and give parents/guardians the ability to view the contact information on file with Questar III. This will present to parents up-to-date knowledge on the phone numbers, mailing addresses and email addresses Questar III has on each student and their parent or guardian.
The portal is expected to expand to include student grades and disciplinary records beginning in the fall of the 2017-2018 school year.
To gain secure access to this system, each parent or guardian must provide Questar III with an accurate email address. Questar III staff will send parents and guardians their SchoolTool logon access and password to that email address.
