2018-19 Aid for Textbook, Software and Library Materials will be frozen April 30, 2019. You should review your district’s 2018-19 Instructional Material Aids (IMA) output report and submit any ST-3 changes to data that needs to be updated or revised. Also, if applicable, be certain to complete Form A Schedule C to reallocate excess ST-3 reported expenditures from one IMA category to another IMA category with insufficient expenditures to earn maximum aid (reallocation from any IMA category to claim Library Materials Aid is not allowed). Any updates or revisions for 2018-19 IMA via SAMS should be submitted by April 15, 2019.
