Materials you will need:
2 pieces of cotton fabric 6×9 inches (for medium mask, 7×10 for large)
2 pieces of ¼ inch flat elastic, 7 inches long (for medium, 7.5 for large)
Basic sewing supplies – thread, scissors, pins, sewing machine and an iron is helpful. This can be done by hand-sewing, it will just take longer.
Helpful Hint:
JoAnn Fabrics is providing materials free of charge for anyone interested in making masks. The stores are closed to the public, and won’t allow anyone in, but they are there to answer phones and when you call after you arrive, they will bring the free kits out to your car. One kit per person.
