Waivers for Minimal Instructional Hour Requirements 

The NYS Board of Regents approved instructional hour waivers for school districts that were unable to meet the minimum number of instructional hours for the 2021-22 school year.  Districts will be able to apply for the waiver for both the 2021-22 school year and the 2020-21 school year when the form becomes available in the 180 Day Calendar Form Tree in SAMS.
