As of last week, there were 114 school districts that have not filed their Independent Auditors Report with NYSED and NYS OSC. As a reminder, these need to be submitted no later than November 15th to ensure that State Aid is not withheld starting in December. The audit should be submitted through Survey 1 in the NYSED Business Portal under the Office of Audit Services link.
Districts will also need to post their external audit reports on their website.
