State Aid Output Reports for the 2021-22 claim year are now available. These reports may be accessed only in SAMS at this time.
Be certain to review the output reports thoroughly and contact NYSED’s State Aid Unit if you find any issues or have any concerns via phone at (518) 474-2977 or email using the staff directory here.
If corrections to the Claim Forms and/or the ST-3 are needed, please remember to do them through the Revision section of SAMS and make sure to submit them.
