This requirement applies to districts with more than 1,000 students, or that have more than one building, per grade level.
If your district is subject to the Maintenance of Equity requirements, please read this memo and complete the waiver, if appropriate, by February 11, 2022. The waiver request is available for 2021-22 and/or 2022-23 and the waiver request is due by this date unless you contact them and request a later date for the 2022-23 year.
