SED released a memo last week reminding districts under CARES, CRSSA and ARP, LEAs assured that they would comply with all required reporting requirements to ensure accountability and transparency in the use of these funds. SED has developed a data collection tool to satisfy U.S. Department of Education reporting requirements. The reporting period is October 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021. LEAs must complete this survey by April 1, 2022. The survey can be accessed in the business portal under SED Monitoring and Vendor Reporting System.
LEAs must obligate and liquidate funds by October 30, 2022 and submit FS-10F Final Expenditures Reports must be submitted to Grants Finance no later than October 30, 2022. If funds are not obligated/liquidated by these deadlines they will be returned to the U.S. Department of Education.
