The portal to submit employee information for the health and mental health care worker bonuses opened on Saturday and will remain open through October 31st to submit for vesting periods one and two.  You (or your designee) need to go here to establish a User ID and Password. (Your User ID is your email address and your Password is your SFS ID#. If you are unsure of this number, check the Vendor # on the recent Lottery Aid payment.) This will allow you to access the system and submit your employee information, attestations, etc. All other program information can be found here. If additional information becomes available, we will share it out.
