Governor Kathy Hochul will unveil her fiscal budget for FY 2024 today at 12 p.m. (time revised by the Governor’s Office today.) A technical briefing with Acting Budget Director Beattie will be held afterwards at 2:00 p.m. The presentation will stream live on governor.ny.gov. We anticipate the budget runs to be available this evening.
