SED recently sent notification that the 2022-23 State Aid Claim Verification Projects are available for district review in SAMS.
If the notification states “YES” for any of the claim verification projects listed following “District Action Required”, then your district must provide additional supporting information to the State Aid Office. To receive specific instructions for required district action, select the Claim Verification menu in SAMS, and then click on your assigned project name(s) to view the Claim Verification Forms for those projects. After you have read the instructions and reviewed the relevant Claim Verification Form(s), please click on the “acknowledgment” link on the claim verification form
