Topic: Expansion of the Community Eligibility Provision and Changes to the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
The United States Department of Agriculture has recently lowered the eligibility threshold for the CEP program from 40% of the identified student percentage (ISP) to 25%. Due to this change NYSED has extended the application process to 12/15/2023. More information about the program and the application process can be found on the NYSED website here.
