SED’s Office of ESSA Funded Programs held a webinar on Thursday, August 15th pertaining to late liquidation of ARPA funds.
Highlights from the webinar:
A new survey titled ARP Late Liquidation Request Survey has been posted in the Business Portal under ESSA Funded Programs
- This survey is due 9/4/2024 should a district want to request a late liquidation. Approval is not automatic.
- If a late liquidation is approved, districts would have until 12/30/2025 to receive goods/services and pay the vendor.
- If a late liquidation is approved, districts would still be required to submit a FS-25 by 10/30/2024 for all expenditures except the late liquidations.
- Even with a late liquidation approval, all goods/services need to be obligated by 9/30/2024.
