Questar III District Superintendent James N. Baldwin received Excelsior College’s Partners in Lifelong Learning Award at a ceremony held April 19 to commemorate the college’s 40th anniversary.
Baldwin was recognized for his advocacy and leadership for adult education and lifelong learning.
Founded by the New York State Board of Regents in 1971, Excelsior (then Regents) College provides an avenue to a college diploma for those who could earn their degree the traditional way – on a college campus.
