School districts are required to submit their audited financial statements to both SED and OSC by October 15th each year. A failure to submit the financial statements will result in a withholding of State Aid. Audited financial statements that are not filed by mid-November could result in a potential withholding of December 2020 State Aid Payments.

To file with SED submit a copy of your financial statements through the SED Business Portal. To file with NYS OSC email a copy of your financial statements to afrfile@osc.state.ny.us.
