Per Section 1118(c) of ESSA, local education agencies (LEAs) must use State and local funds to provide services in Title I schools that are comparable to the services provided in non-Title I schools. Consistent with these requirements, SED has developed the online “2020-21 Title I Comparability Report.”
The report – Office of ESSA-Funded Programs “2020-21 Title I Comparability Report ” – may be accessed using the SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System available in the SED Business Portal. Submissions are due by the close of business on November 30, 2020.
