If you receive a message from the State Aid Unit at SED about your 2020-21 Claim Forms, please keep in mind that it could be a matter of great importance in allowing the State Aid Unit to “Clean” your claim forms. There were over 20 districts who had their information suppressed in the 11/15/2020 database due to one or more of their claim forms not being granted the status of “Clean” or “Clean with Issues” by SED.

This year the recalculation of the second semester attendance on Schedule A4 was a major sticking point for both the Department and districts when it came to completing the claim forms. Districts should make any necessary revisions by mid-January since this is the data that will be reflected in the Enacted Budget in April. If you still have issues with your claim forms that do not allow SED to “Clean” them, please contact us so that we can assist you in filing these forms before the next data pull.
