Currently, the IDEx portal website is experiencing technical difficulties. As a result, the IDEx application is running very slowly and, in some cases, not at all. SED has extended the deadline from December 31st to January 8th. At that time, the form will be locked for internal review. Please be sure to have your district and school forms submitted at that time.
As a reminder, our office has once again developed an Excel template to assist districts in gathering their expenditures into the ESSA reporting format. The template and resources are posted on our website under the “Topics”, then “Other” links. If you need a password for the template, please email: stateaidplanning@questar.org.
We held a webinar in October that provided an overview of how to use the Excel template to gather your district’s expenditures and to be able to report those costs in the format of the ESSA report requirements. The webinar is posted here as well as the PowerPoint here. There is still time to complete your report, as always, we are happy to help if you need it.
