For the fourth year in a row, students from Questar III’s Rensselaer Educational Center in Troy prepared cookie platters for the Eba Dance Theatre Spring Performance.
The Eba Dance Theatre with Maude Baum has long served the Capital Region with its mission to bring the best of American Modern Dance Theatre Choreography and Performance to audiences and to inspire creativity.
Eba buys the cookies made by students in the Introduction to Food Service class with the proceeds going to the students’ activity fund.
The students included Frederick Nelson, Matthew Bronck, and Amber Zwing from Columbia High School, Angela Nye and Jennifer Hayes from Rensselaer High School, Cynthia Garcia and Clara Gerst from Tamarac High School, and William Stata from Berlin High School.
