How long have you worked here?
I was hired in the middle of August 2016!
How do you see your role as supporting the BOCES and its school districts?
Doing whatever I can that is in the best interest of the students and supporting them.
What is your background like – previous jobs, education, etc.?
I graduated with my Regents diploma from Hudson High School in 2007. During my Junior and Senior year, I attended the Questar III, Columbia-Greene Educational Center where I was enrolled in the Criminal Justice class. I received my NYS Security Guard license after completing the Criminal Justice class. I have an Associate Degree in Individual Studies majoring in Psychology. I was inducted in Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society while I attended Columbia-Greene Community College.
What do you like most about your job?
I love to interact with the students and staff! I love to put a smile on people’s faces.
Tell us a bit about your life outside of Questar III.
Outside of Questar III, I like to do many things. Spending time with my husband, family, and friends are my favorite. I like to read. My favorite genre is Science Fiction and Fantasy.
