Claim forms and the ST-3 were due September 2, 2021. If you have not already submitted your claim forms and had them “Cleaned”, we encourage you to do so in the near term. SED needs enough time to review the information submitted to have data to be included in the November 15 database. Generally, SED must submit the cleaned information in the later part of October for it to be included in the November database. The November database will be used for projections in the Executive Budget in January 2022.
Also, please note the 180 Days Calendar Form tree is still not currently available. This is causing a critical error in the Form A Edit Report. SED has advised us that Form A can be submitted with the critical error, but SED will not classify Form A as “Clean” or “Clean with Issues”, until the 180 Days Calendar Form tree is submitted.
The Office of State Aid has posted a FAQ list, including information regarding instructional hours and session days for state aid purposes.
