Data must be submitted via OSC’s online portal by March 1, 2022. In order to submit this information, districts must log into OSC’s portal using their username and password. Any questions or issues with access to the portal or submitting the information can be directed to the Comptroller’s Office helpline at 1-866-321-8503 or LGSAMonitoring@osc.state.ny.us.
