2023-24 State Aid Claim Forms are Now Available!

The State Aid Claim forms for the 2023-24 claim year are now available. The claim forms can be accessed through the SAMS system located in the Business portal on the NYSED State Aid website https://stateaid.nysed.gov/. Pursuant to NYS Education law §3601, the statutory deadline for the initial submission of the ST-3 Annual Financial Report and State Aid Claim Form Sets A, FT, and FB is September 2, 2023. Since this date falls on a weekend followed by a holiday this school year, the due date for the initial submission is Tuesday, September 5th.
