Recently, you should have received payments from SED identified as Mobile Sports Wagering and Cannabis Revenue. The payments are not additional aid, but are General Aid paid from new State sources of funds. They both are to be recorded under A3102 and both are listed separately under the State Aid Payment Certificates.
