As we move closer to the end of the month, we want to take this time to remind you of a few items that are due soon. With the Holidays near and folks taking time to celebrate with friends and family, there may be limited staff to provide technical assistance. We strongly encourage you to submit these items sooner than later so if an issue arises, there is adequate time to address the issue.
ESSA Transparency Reporting – December 29th
- ESSA is due in three weeks from today!
- In our October Coffee Talk, we reviewed the requirements for the ESSA Transparency Report for the 22-23 school year.
- The updated excel template is posted to our website to assist you with gathering your expenditures for this report.

FCRs – December 31st
- Do you have any Final Cost Reports for Capital Projects?
- If yes, the FCR needs to be approved by December 31st in order to receive a full year of Building Aid.
