Veto of Assembly Bill #1567

On December 22, 2023, Governor Hochul vetoed Assembly Bill #1567. This bill would have amended General Municipal Law and Education Law to increase the total amount of property taxes that a school district receiving PILOTs could levy each year without piercing the tax cap.
