Green Tech program expands
In partnership with Rensselaer City School District, Questar III BOCES is expanding its Green Technologies and Renewable Energy program to Rensselaer County. The program, which started in September 2011 at Columbia-Greene Educational Center in Hudson, will also be available at Rensselaer High School starting in September 2012.

Nicole Fennelly, a student at Questar III’s Rensselaer Educational Center in Troy, recently won first place in the SkillsUSA state competition in Syracuse. This marks the eighth year in a row that a Questar III student has finished in the top three statewide.
CGEC students earn awards
Questar III’s Columbia-Greene Educational Center honored its students at the National Technical Honor Society and Awards Night ceremonies held at Columbia Greene Community College.
