Questar III District Superintendent James N. Baldwin was honored by the Friendship Circle at its Extraordinary Friends and Heroes Event at the University at Albany’s College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering on September 19.
At a special meeting held on March 16, Questar III’s Board of Education unanimously voted to reinstate James N. Baldwin as district superintendent – a position he held from February 2002 to October 2010.
