Questar III’s Culinary Arts teacher Chef Peter Desmond was honored as the Teacher of the Month by local radio station 98.5 The Cat.
First year culinary student, Alicia Oliveri from Hudson High School, nominated Chef Desmond in a letter she sent to the radio station.
In an effort to provide for the needs of school districts, Questar III BOCES offers a number of non-instructional financial services that not only meet those needs, but go above and beyond what a district could provide on their own.
More than 1,000 community members from all 47 school districts in the Capital Region came together on Jan. 31 to learn about the fiscal crisis facing their schools and find out what they can do to help.
Questar III’s Careers in Health Care, formerly known as Health and Emergency Medical Careers, is a one year program for high school seniors interested in learning about a variety of high demand health and emergency medical careers before entering college.
