Questar III is one of 112 Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) and school districts in the state to receive the 2012 School Safety Excellence Award from the Utica National Insurance Group.
Mild winter means early tick season
With the warm winter and early spring, it is anticipated that incidents of tick bites will rise, causing increased potential for tick-borne illnesses. Questar III’s Health & Safety Department is finding many school nurses are reporting incidents of this nature already.
