20% Verified Chargeback Listings

The STAC and Medicaid Unit recently mailed one, two or three ‘20% Verified Chargeback Listings’ for the summers 2015, 2016 and/or 2017 as reflected on the EFH404 Report, which was run on 7/8/2020, to Superintendents of Public Schools or Official Designees.
