Waivers for Minimal Instructional Hour Requirements

The NYS Board of Regents approved instructional hour waivers for school districts that were unable to meet the minimum number of instructional hours for the 2021-22 school year.

Independent Audit Report Due 

Oct 4, 2021

Districts need to file their Independent Auditors Report with NYSED and NYS OSC (for SED Survey 1 in the NYSED Portal under Office Audit Services) by October 15, 2021.

Reminder: 2021-22 Transparency Reporting

The DOB Transparency Report for the 2021-22 budget information was due September 3, 2021.  As of last Friday, there were 133 districts that had not submitted their report to DOB. (In addition, there are 20 districts that have not gotten their 2020-21 report approved.)
