2019-20 10-Month Homeless Placement Verification

The verification screen for the 2019-20 10-month homeless placements is now available for processing again. As a reminder, in order to be included in the upcoming February round of Approved Payment Reports, which will be paid prior to the end of March 2021, districts need to verify the 2019-20 10-month homeless approvals by February 5, 2021.

This spreadsheet can be used to project the 2021-22 Public and Private Excess Cost Aid for your district. Also available for download is our 2020-21 Annual Tuition Summary Worksheet. This spreadsheet can be used to calculate 2020-21 tuition costs for in-district students.

Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Compliance for 2019-20 Actual Expenditures Now Available

School districts can now complete their 2019-20 LEA MOE Compliance Standard for the Individual with Disabilities Act (IDEA) grant programs. Please make sure you are using Version 1.3 of the LEA MOE Calculator for the 2019-20 Compliance Standard submission.
