To guarantee inclusion in the February Database file, all changes to 2020-21 SAMS should be submitted by January 15, 2021.
To be included in the February round of Approved Payment Reports, which will be paid prior to the end of March 2021, school districts must verify the education/maintenance and/or transportation for the school years and placement types listed in the table below (which can also be accessed here).
All users are set to expire on January 15, 2021. If no action is taken by the School District Superintendent prior to that date, the users will be locked out of the STAC online system. Memos from the STAC Unit were mailed to School District Superintendents reminding them of their responsibility to monitor and ensure that only appropriate users at the school district have access to confidential student information in the STAC online system.
