Per EL §3625 every transportation contract must be filed with SED within 120 days of the commencement of service. No transportation expense is allowed for a period greater than 120 days prior to the filing of any contract for the student transportation with SED.

The Tax Cap Compliance Certification is due Tuesday, July 21st and the Assessment Roll Verification is due Monday, July 27th.

The Assessment Roll Verification (ARV) form can also be accessed through OSC’s Online Services Website. School districts will be verifying their taxable assessed value for assessment roll year 2018.
