The IRS decreased the mileage reimbursement rate to .56 cents. The new rate is effective January 1, 2021.

STAC Online Verification Deadlines for the 2020-21 State Fiscal Year
To be included in the February round of Approved Payment Reports, which will be paid prior to the end of March 2021, school districts must verify the education/maintenance and/or transportation for the school years and placement types listed in the table below (which can also be accessed here).

2019-20 Private and High Cost Public STAC Approval Student Detail – Now Available
The 2019-20 private and high cost public STAC approval student detail reports are now available on the SED File Transfer Manager (FTM).
Reminder: Re-Verification / Suspension of STAC Online Users
All users are set to expire on January 15, 2021. If no action is taken by the School District Superintendent prior to that date, the users will be locked out of the STAC online system. Memos from the STAC Unit were mailed to School District Superintendents reminding them of their responsibility to monitor and ensure that only appropriate users at the school district have access to confidential student information in the STAC online system.
2019-20 Private and High Cost Public STAC Approval Student Detail – Now Available
The STAC/Medicaid Unit has made prior year student enrollment backup listings (which match against your current aid year PUB and PRI reports) exclusively available on the SED File Transfer Manager (FTM). These reports list the 2019-20 enrollment year STAC Approvals used to generate the 2020-21 PRI Line 13 (Private Excess Cost Aid) and 2020-21 PUB Line 8 (Public High Cost Apportionment Aid).
