Hello, I am Jim Dexter, the District Superintendent of Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex (WSWHE) BOCES. I wanted to give you an update on Questar III’s search for a new leader.
As you may know, Commissioner John King appointed me to assist the Questar III Board of Education with its search for a new District Superintendent. Ultimately, my job isn’t to select a person for your BOCES but rather to help guide processes to assist the Board in making its decision.

Questar III’s Special Education is currently seeking donations of new or slightly used items for students to give as presents to those they care about.

School districts that purchase the Questar III’s Virtual Building Tour service can “walk through” every space of every building, both interior and exterior, with the click of a mouse. The secure program is intended for emergency management planning and insurance documenting purposes.

Questar III welcomes Kimberly Shannon to the Communications Department. As a specialist, she works at the Central Office, as well as at Cairo-Durham CSD and Hudson CSD.

Jen Cannell is the School Library System Director at Questar III. She works with school libraries in the area to facilitate development and functionality by promoting access to information and coordinating the sharing of resources.
